Spongy or cortical bone tissue which is flexible and deantigenised for the total absorption of the equine derived material. osteoplant® FLEX guarantees an elevated level of bone genesis thanks to the absence of the calcification process within the production process, that occurs through physical, chemical and enzymatic processes at a maximum temperature of 37°C. The final bone tissue is constituted of a type I whole collagen matrix, and a bone mineral matrix partially demineralised. The demineralisation phase occurs through an electrolytic procedure of the accumulation of apatites. This permits the tissue to flex without crumbling or developing fractures but adapting easily to facial and cranial profiles.
